Stopped here by chance while passing through Manhattan on our way home, and what a surprise. Walked in expecting great, spicy food and got exactly that … plus karaoke! Had a blast singing with the other guests and servers. You could tell the staff genuinely enjoy working together, which made the whole vibe feel really warm and welcoming. Food was solid, though I’ll definitely be going spicier next visit. Will 100% be back!
I’ve been here a handful of times now and it’s one of my favorite spots in Chinatown. The food is amazing, but what really makes it is the people - all the staff are super friendly and welcoming, they’ll make you feel like family whenever you come in (if you’re lucky you’ll even get to sing some karaoke). Also, it’s great for big groups, they’ve got plenty of space and huge tables!

The owner, Connie Lu, went above and beyond to make me feel like family. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests created an atmosphere that was both lively and welcoming. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell that a lot of love and passion goes into everything they serve. The highlight of the evening was the karaoke experience. It wasn't just dinner—it was a full night of fun, laughter, music, and great company. Connie and her friends made the night even more special, creating an environment where everyone felt included and had a fantastic time. If you're looking for amazing Sichuan cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and a memorable night out with friends, Sichuan Hot Pot Cuisine NYC is a hidden gem that deserves every bit of its 5-star reputation.
